Dr. Michelle Powers
Veterinarian
Dr. Powers earned her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from Ross University in 1999, then spent the next several years completing multiple internships and conducting research as the PennHIP post-doctoral fellow at the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. She completed her surgical residency and also served on the faculty at Washington State University College of Veterinary Medicine, and earned board certification from the American College of Veterinary Surgeons (ACVS) in 2008. In 2014, she earned board certification from the American College of Veterinary Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation (ACVSMR). She is also certified as a canine rehabilitation therapist (CCRT). Dr. Powers has a particular interest in orthopedics and soft tissue surgeries, including oncologic, cardio-thoracic, and reconstructive procedures.
In her free time, Mich enjoys spending time hiking, kayaking, and participating in agility courses with her dogs, Chibi, Fuji, Pochi, and Taro.
Dr. Jennifer Panebianco
Veterinarian
Dr. Panebianco attended the University of New Hampshire, where she earned degrees in Animal Science and Mathematics, before receiving her veterinary degree from The Ohio State University in 2000. She joined the Concord Banfield team in May 2016 and has continued to build lasting relationships with both her clients and their pets throughout her career.
Growing up on a small farm in North Hampton, NH, surrounded by a variety of animals, Dr. Panebianco discovered her passion for veterinary medicine while riding dressage at UNH. She quickly realized she enjoyed time at the barn more than time in the classroom! Her involvement with Therapeutic Horseback Riding further strengthened her desire to support the human-animal bond.
Dr. Panebianco joins the team at Northside Animal Hospital once a month to provide surgical services. She especially enjoys challenging or more complex cases, as well as dentistry, oral surgery, and advanced dental cleanings. She takes pride in providing thoughtful, thorough care and helping pets feel their best.
Outside of veterinary medicine, Dr. Panebianco enjoys spending time with her family, camping, quilting, knitting, and sewing.
Dr. Nate Deering
Cardiology
Dr. Deering grew up in Maine and completed his undergraduate degree in Biology at the Rochester Institute of Technology. Following graduation, he worked for four years as a scientist in pharmaceutical and drug discovery. He then obtained his DVM from Tufts University Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine. He completed a rotating small animal internal medicine and surgery internship at the New England Animal Medical Center in West Bridgewater, followed by a residency in cardiology at Oradell Animal Hospital in Paramus, NJ. He obtained his board certification in cardiology in 2019. Following completion of his residency, he worked as the staff cardiologist at a referral hospital in Manchester, NH.
Dr. Deering is the newest member of the NEVS team. He joined NEVS in 2020, extending its services further into New Hampshire and Maine. He enjoys treating congestive heart failure, diagnosing and treating arrhythmias, and performing echocardiographic studies.
Outside of work, Dr. Deering enjoys running, hiking, cooking, reading, board games, and movies. He lives with his wife, son, and their dog in southern New Hampshire.
Dr. Tara Lampman
Internal Medicine
Dr. Lampman joined MVI in February 2021. Like Drs. McClellan and Morgan, she is a board-certified small animal internal medicine specialist who has been in practice since 2010. She received her DVM from Michigan State University before completing her internship at Animal Urgent Care in Escondido, CA, and her internal medicine residency at Affiliated Veterinary Specialists in Maitland, FL.
Dr. Lampman previously practiced at busy, multispecialty hospitals in NH, MA, and FL. We are thrilled to have Dr. Lampman on our team. She is available to provide ultrasounds and direct-to-veterinarian internal medicine consultations at veterinary practices in New Hampshire.

Kim
Certified Veterinary Technician
With 28 years of experience in veterinary medicine, Kim brings a wealth of knowledge, compassion, and dedication to her role as a Certified Veterinary Technician. She is passionate about helping both pets and their people, and one of her favorite parts of the job is guiding clients through challenges and helping them make informed decisions about their pets’ care.
Kim has a special interest in behavior, client education, and senior pet care, and she loves building lasting relationships with the families she serves. One of the things she enjoys most about working at Northside is the small-clinic atmosphere, where she has the opportunity to truly get to know clients and their animals on a personal level.
Originally from Manchester, New Hampshire, Kim shares her home with two rescue dogs and four feline brothers. When she’s not at the clinic, you’ll likely find her paddle boarding, working in the garden, tackling a new building project, or spending time outdoors. If she could choose any dog breed, it would be the gentle and lovable Newfoundland.
Known by her coworkers as compassionate, kind, understanding, and always willing to help, Kim’s experience and genuine care for her patients make her an invaluable part of the Northside team.

Meghann
Customer Services Representative Lead
Outside of Northside Animal Hospital, Meghann lives in the Lakes Region with her husband and their Best In Show winning dogs. An accomplished exhibitor, she has handled her English Toy Spaniels to top rankings in both the United States and Canada. In addition to her passion for dogs, Meghann is an award-winning photographer, and many of her photographs can be seen displayed throughout the hospital.
Devin
Client Services Representative
While obtaining her degree at an area college, Devin worked for Petco. During her time there, she realized that her love for animals would lead her into the veterinary field. In 2004, she was hired to fill the receptionist position at Northside Animal Hospital, and she has loved every second of it! She wholeheartedly embraces being part of the Northside family and the lives of its patients. As she says, the patients and clients are locked into her heart!
Devin lives in her humble home with her husband, her human child, and a bunch of fur kids. She has a broad appreciation for the animal kingdom and cannot see herself anywhere else.

Becky
Medical Team Lead
Originally from Nashua, New Hampshire, Becky is a self-proclaimed cat lady who shares her home with three cats and three dogs. When she’s not at the hospital, you’ll likely find her hiking, playing video games, diving into continuing education on surgical techniques, or catching up on all things Pokémon. She also has a surprising talent for building computers. Fueled by coffee and a love of learning, Becky hopes to earn her CVT credential and someday explore the beautiful landscapes of New Zealand.
Jordyn
Veterinary Assistant
Originally from Goffstown, New Hampshire, Jordan’s life outside of work is just as animal-filled as her life at the clinic. She spends much of her free time raising farm animals and caring for her own furry family: Golden Retrievers Paisley and Ellie, Black Labs Melvin and Wilson, and her cat, Calvin.
When she’s not at Northside, you can usually find her snowmobiling, four-wheeling, fishing, or tinkering with small engines—a hobby that surprises many people! If she could master any skill instantly, she’d choose lion taming, which honestly seems pretty on-brand. Her dream vacation is a trip to the Bahamas, but for now she’s happiest spending time with animals, both large and small.
