Our Veterinary Services

We know each case is different and unique. We want to work with you to ensure you get the best possible care for your animal family member.
Preventative Care

Preventive healthcare aims to keep your pet disease-free for as long as possible and to diagnose and treat diseases quickly when they appear. Preventive care includes annual or bi-annual wellness exams, diagnostic tests, vaccinations, as well as intestinal parasite screenings and prevention. A multitude of harmful and painful diseases can be avoided through preventive care. We can also work to mitigate the effects of disease before they become systemic to keep your pet pain-free.

Surgery

It can feel unsettling when surgery is recommended for your pet. Surgery can alleviate pain, and in some cases, prevent and cure ailments. We won’t leave any of your questions unanswered, and we’ll help to guide you through the decision-making process when it comes to surgery recommendations. The safety and comfort of your pet is always our highest priority during surgical procedures.

Ultrasound

Ultrasonography is a completely non-invasive, painless way to diagnose and evaluate many common diseases. There are times where light sedation is recommended for an ultrasound procedure. Still, it can often be performed without anesthesia so your pet can get back to their normal activities the same day. Ultrasonography is a valuable tool to improve diagnoses and treatment in veterinary medicine.

Diagnostics

Diagnostic testing and radiology are important tools for diagnosing, treating, and monitoring disease. Many animals are great at hiding pain and discomfort, and they may not show visible symptoms until a disease has reached advanced stages. Diagnostics help us to determine if your pet’s internal systems are functioning properly and if they are free of parasitic and bacterial infections. Recommended diagnostic testing may include blood tests, fecal and urinary analysis, and radiographs.

Dentistry

Your pet’s dental health is an essential component of their overall health. Dental disease is common in dogs and cats, and it can be challenging to brush your pet’s teeth regularly to prevent tartar, plaque, and gingivitis. Preventive care exams and dental cleanings can help to identify, treat, and prevent dental disease. When left untreated, dental disease can lead to necessary dental extractions and even systemic bacterial infections.
