Cardio and Ultrasound
Our hospital offers ultrasound services in conjunction with an independent mobile ultrasound practice. The ultrastonograher uses a sophisticated ultrasound machine capable of scanning small organs, such as thyroid glands in cats to larger organs, such as the liver in large breed dogs. In addition, the equipment has telemedicine capabilities, which means that if a consultation is needed with a board certified cardiologist or radiologist the images can be sent quickly for second opinions.
Ultrasound allows for advanced/real time abdominal and cardiac imaging
Cardiac Imaging assesses the structure of the heart.
